This site is operated by AIOS Advisory (ABN 72 717 912 863), trading as ecomAIOS ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit ecomaios.ai, how we use it, and the third parties involved. If anything here is unclear, email harry@ecomaios.ai.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you complete the application form to book an assessment, we collect your name, email, store URL, revenue band, product category, the problem you describe, and who makes the decision. This is used only to prepare for and run your call.
• Usage and device data. Pages visited, clicks, scroll depth, approximate location (from IP), browser and device type, and how you arrived (e.g. an ad click).
• Session recordings. We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymised playback of site sessions (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) and to build aggregate heatmaps, so we can see where the page works and where it doesn't. Clarity masks text you type into form fields by default; we do not use it to read your form answers.

Cookies and tracking

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic, attribute ad performance, and improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may work less well if you do.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use the following processors, each under their own privacy terms:

How long we keep it

We keep application and contact details for as long as needed to follow up and run our business relationship, and analytics data for as long as our providers retain it. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

• Opt out of Meta ad targeting via your Facebook ad preferences.
